Below are links to download a
simple worksheet. This worksheet is designed
to help you determine how much of the income in your
budget should be covered by disability insurance.
There are three files. One is a pdf file that
you can print out and fill in. The other two
are Excel files set up with simple formulas.
One is compatible with Excel 97, the other with
Excel 2007.
This worksheet is not a comprehensive assessment.
