Applying for insurance (life or disability) does not guarantee that you will get it.  Only 3 to 4 percent of people that apply for insurance are actually denied coverage.  About a quarter of applicants are given the best rates.  A little less than half of those that apply get second tier rates.  While the remainder get rates that are generally determined on a rating scale of 1 to 12.

Many Internet based insurance brokers will show you teaser rates, the lowest rates for a person your age and in the best of health.  But they don’t know you or anything about you.  Rather than give you a teaser rate, we’d rather get to know you a little.  Some insurance companies have a history of offering better rates to smokers.  Some offer better rates to those with a poor driving record.  And some insurance companies may be specialist at insuring a particular health condition.  It’s our business to know these details.  We can save you time and help you to get the best offers on life and disability insurance.

Here is how we’d suggest we begin a dialogue.  Give us a little information about the type of life or disability insurance you are looking for.  We’ll research that information and call you.  After gathering a little more information, we’ll put together a preliminary information packet and ask for a discovery meeting.  After the first meeting we’ll get more definitive, do more homework and come up with a first proposal.  Further work may be necessary, it all depends on you.  With insurance, there is no cost until we find the plan that works best for your and/or your business.  Lets get started.
